Synopsis
Indian Passion, based on Javier Moro's novel of the same name, tells the real-life story of a Spanish dancer Anita Delgado who became an Indian princess after falling in love with a maharaja who had attended the wedding of Spain's then-king Alfonso XIII.

• Indian Passion sees Cruz make her debut as a producer. She will produce the film through her company, 88 Producciones.

• The film will be shot in France, Spain and India and will begin shooting as soon as a director has been signed up to helm the project.
