Dr. Miranda Grey is a brilliant criminal psychiatrist. However, after a auto accident, she wakes up only to find that she has been convicted for the murder of her husband Doug. With only fragmented memories of the alleged crime, she begins to dig deeper into her husband's past.
When Miranda flees from solitary after seeing Chloe and crashing into the two guards, she falls backwards with her head towards the solitary. In the next shot, she is lying the other way around, fighting.

Halle Berry broke her arm filming a scene with Robert Downey Jr.. Downey was supposed to grab her arm and twist but twisted too hard and the arm snapped. Production was halted for eight weeks.
